Program overview

Many entrepreneurs reach a point where growth creates complexity—teams, systems, culture, and capital demands all increase at once. It can also become a lonely journey, with few peers who truly understand your journey. The LBAN Business Scaling Program at Stanford GSB is designed to help leaders step back, identify what’s holding their organization back, and build a clear, actionable plan to scale sustainably. All while joining a national network that understands you, supports your growth, and provides real access when it matters most.

Participants spend two immersive weekends at the Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB), engaging directly with Stanford faculty through high-impact lectures, hands-on workshops, and powerful networking experiences. Just as importantly, participants build deep relationships with fellow entrepreneurs—relationships rooted in trust, shared experience, and a commitment to supporting one another’s success. These sessions are designed to challenge assumptions, expand leadership capacity, and spark a new growth mindset.

Between the in-person sessions, participants complete nine weeks of online curriculum, including live, expert-led webinars every Wednesday, creating ongoing opportunities to learn, connect, and problem-solve together.

The Business Scaling Program is a core part of LBAN’s broader ecosystem, advancing the organization’s mission to strengthen the U.S. economy by empowering Latino entrepreneurship. By bringing together inclusive cohorts of business leaders from across the country, participants gain real access, meaningful support, and lasting connections long after the program ends.
