Account Deletion Policy for the LBAN Mobile Application

This Account Deletion Policy applies specifically to user accounts created within the LBAN mobile application (“App”). LBAN is committed to protecting your privacy and providing you with meaningful control over your personal information in accordance with applicable United States privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and other relevant regulations.

Right to Request Deletion

If you have created a user account within the LBAN App, you have the right to request deletion of your account and the personal information associated with it, subject to certain legal and regulatory exceptions.

How to Request Deletion of Your App Account

To permanently delete your LBAN App account, you must submit a request by email:

Please include the email address used to register your LBAN App account so we can identify and verify your information. For security purposes, we may request additional details to verify your identity before processing your request.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Once your identity is verified and your request is approved, LBAN will permanently delete your App account and remove the following categories of personal data from our active systems:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Profile photo
  • Account profile details
  • App preferences and settings
  • Activity history within the App
  • Authentication credentials, tokens, and active sessions
  • Any other personal information directly associated with your App account

After deletion, your App account cannot be restored, and you will lose access to all associated features and data.

Information That May Be Retained

This may include retention for purposes such as:

  • Compliance with federal, state, or local legal obligations
  • Fraud detection and prevention
  • System security and integrity
  • Enforcement of our Terms of Service
  • Exercising or defending legal claims
