Program overview

For early-stage startups, traction is essential to survival. Achieving product–market fit, refining a go-to-market strategy, building the right team, and not only knowing how to raise capital but also gaining access to the right capital providers are critical priorities. It can also become a lonely journey, with fewer peers who truly understand the uncertainty and pressure of building at the early stage.

The LBAN Startup Accelerator at Stanford GSB is designed to help founders test and refine their core assumptions, strengthen their business fundamentals, and position their companies for growth and funding—all while joining a national network of founders who are navigating similar moments. This is a network that understands you, supports your growth, and provides real access when it matters most.

Participants spend two immersive weekends at the Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB), engaging directly with Stanford faculty through high-impact lectures, hands-on workshops, and powerful networking experiences. These sessions focus on customer discovery, strategy, and decision-making, helping founders move faster and more confidently at a critical stage of company development.

Between the in-person sessions, participants complete nine weeks of online curriculum, including live, expert-led webinars every Wednesday, creating ongoing opportunities for accountability, peer learning, and progress while founders continue to run their companies.

The Startup Accelerator is a core part of LBAN’s broader ecosystem, advancing the organization’s mission to strengthen the U.S. economy by empowering Latino entrepreneurship while bringing together inclusive cohorts of early-stage founders from across the country.
